Healthy mind in a healthy body
Now we are experiencing a phase that we have committed ourselves to exercise every day for at least 15 minutes. It may seem little time but at least it doesn't feel like "I have to do it!"
Some days we choose to walk for work, some days we run at the park or by the sea or just do the favourite personal program. Abs and hips, hands and stretching!
